the craftsmanship of this hand made piece can't be overstated...sheer classy elegance! bohemian / tribal vibes.
70% pashmina, 30% silk...most likely made in India, possibly Nepal...pashmina is a fine wool, similar to cashmere made of the undercoat of domestic Himalayan goats.
