In 1972 my aunt gave me this coat as I left home for college. It made it through the many moves of my life, the last 40 years lovingly packed in a cedar chest. I'll never wear it again, and I'd lol love for someone else to make the minor repairs and give it some new memories.
The size: waist 29", shoulder to shoulder 14.5", sleeve 24", length 44", waist belt 49"
Repairs needed: There are a few repaired seems splitting photo 6. The red lining of left pocket - easy to remove and stitch on a new one. A tiny wear on the material at the shoulder, photo 9. Repair-inside lining at the top right.
The lining is separate and flows free from the body. If you sew, you could make a pattern from the coat. I can ALMOST wear this. I'm still 113 lbs even after more than 50 years, but my waist isn't as small, so I can't button it. You need to be no more than a size 6.
