EKCO ETERNA Stainless steel serrated french knife and bread knife. My personal knifes, used for last 4 years. Never realized the price tag was/is over 200 new for set. They were a gift from a remodeling job I did.
I have a hand that cant hold after 4 surgeries. I will not separate the pair, nor should anyone ever want to. Best knifes Ive ever had. Can go from slicing tomatoes to cutting thru frozen foods like its a joke. Then back to a tomato without giving a perfectly sharp cut. These knifes NEVER need sharpening.
I need someone love and enjoy these, who puts their soul into cooking like I once could. Food is life!
