I bought this a while back to use for a DEX project. Phone works well except for the inside screen. All buttons work, speaker and both cameras work. Battery is great. I'm not sure if it's unlocked or not, but I was able to enable 'Developer Mode', so I'm thinking that it might be unlocked. USB debugging works as it should. There are cracks around the edges. I'm assuming someone dropped it, then the inside screen stopped working, so they got a new phone. Who knows...
