Vintage Montblanc Meisterstück pen twist cap red/burgundy. Comes with the clamshell hard plastic box. I found these all together. Has some paper cards as well. Definitely needs ink. See close-up of the tip. Not a fountain pen.
Marked w.-Germany , no serial. Guessing 1980s era since its pre serial based on research.
