AB&I skillets are very well made. They are very solid, and the cooking surface is super smooth. This covered wagon skillet pays homage to the days of old. This skillet has been stripped and cleaned with a lye bath and electrolysis, and then seasoned three times with grapeseed oil. No cracks or chips, but it does have a slight rock at one and three o’clock and a slight spin. This skillet is a little over 9” wide and 2 1/4 deep. Thanks for looking!
