Figure is hand-carved from resin and/or chalkware. Dates from late 1950s ( MCM ).
Chalkware watercolors are purple, lavender, yellow, green, brown; synthetic jewels are blue, pink, purple, gold, green.

Commensurate with age, statue has overall shelf-wear. THIS BEAUTIFUL SCULPTURE HAS BEEN HAND CRAFTED BY AN ARTISAN AND MAY HAVE SOME VARIATION DUE TO THE HANDMADE NATURE OF EACH ITEM. THESE VARIATIONS ARE NOT CONSIDERED FLAWS OR DEFECTS. There appears to be a few small chips here and there, as shown in photos (notably along hair), but due to the nature of the carving, it is hard to tell a chip from artistic interpretation.
