Original, vintage authentic Italian locandina size (13”x28”) movie poster from a 1970s release of the 1973 spy film “Live And Let Die” starring Roger Moore in his first appearance as the iconic British MI6 Agent 007, James Bond. The poster features great images of 007 & his female co-stars. The film’s writer fitted the screenplay into Moore's persona by giving more comedic scenes & a light-hearted approach to Bond. The film also starred Yaphet Kotto, Gloria Hendry & Jane Seymour.
The poster is in near mint condition & displays beautifully. This unrestored poster has a bright colorful design & portrays images of 007 & from the film. The poster has very minor signs of use particularly around the edges & corners. Please note that the poster looks as if it has never been folded.
Its title song, written by Paul & Linda McCartney & performed by their band Wings, was a hit & nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Song. Overall, the film finds Roger Moore adding his stamp.
